Dear Parents And Guardians,
Winter and spring sport registrations are now available. Students must be registered prior to attending practices. If you register your child now we will have the data needed to determine the sports programs that Heuvelton Central can offer.
This is also convenient as you only need to register your child once for two sports seasons. For example, if you had a son in grade 8 who enjoys basketball and baseball you could simply click on both of those options and register him once instead of having to do it again in the spring. I will continue to coordinate with our school nurse regarding the interval health history forms. The interval health history forms are typically due within a 30 day time frame period prior to the start of the sport season. The interval health history form can be filled out by the parent or guardian. The school nurse also determines whether or not a new physical is required for your child
to participate in the athletic program.
If you haven’t created an account before because this is the first time you have registered
your child just follow the steps below.
1. From the school website select the yellow athletics “post it note” on the right hand side.
2. From here you will see the “Sport Sign Up Registration” tab.
3. Click the icon below to register for an activity (or click here for a direct link)
4. Of the two tabs below choose one
A) First Time Users - Register & Create an Account
Or
B) Returning Users - Family Account Login
A few items to note
1. The child ID is the lunch ID code and that can be found in your SchoolTool account. If the
number you enter doesn’t work, try adding two zeros in front of the number shown.
2. Merger Sports
a. If you wish to participate in a merger sports program the first mandatory step in
the process is to fill out the Winter & Spring Merger Athletes - HCS A.D.
Notification Form.
b. After filling out the HCS A.D. Notification Form if you chose to enroll in an OFA
merger sport go to this link in order to begin their registration process. Their
registration page may not be open yet for winter or spring sports. In any merger
sport the student is responsible for finding transportation to games and practices.
OFA has a bus that departs at 3:05 daily from the Elementary parking lot. This
transportation option provided by OFA may not be available next school year.
Students who participate in OFA merger sports are free to go to practice at the end
of the school day when dismissed with other 7-12 students.
c. After filling out the HCS A.D. Notification Form if you chose to enroll in a Canton
merger sport click on this link to begin their registration process. Their registration
page may not be open yet for winter or spring sports. In any merger sport the
student is responsible for finding transportation to games and practices.
