The NYS #VaxtoSchool campaign has been launched in order to target unvaccinated 12-17 year-olds, particularly those in areas with low vaccination rates among that age group. Although this clinic will target the 12-17 year old population, first and second dose Pfizer vaccinations will be available for all community members (ages 12 and older) and Pfizer Booster doses will also be available (for those 18 and older who meet Booster eligibility criteria: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/booster-shot.html)
12 to 17 year-olds receiving their 1st or 2nd dose of Pfizer at this clinic (on 10/14) will be given a $5.00 Amazon Gift Card for participation!
