Once the online forms are complete, please call to schedule an appointment (315) 344-2414 ext. 28871.
In addition to these completed forms, you will need proof of residency in the form of a utility bill or Heuvelton address on your license AND proof of identity (i.e. driver's license).

Student Registration
HCS is presently accepting applications for our Pre-Kindergarten Program for the 2024-25 school year.
We are excited to announce that the district was awarded a competitive prekindergarten expansion grant and that our prekindergarten program will consist of two full-day sections starting in September 2024.
Applications are available (see link below) with regular registration running through Friday, May 10, 2024. All sessions are limited to 18 students. If applications exceed the available space, a lottery will be held for applications received by the deadline. Applications received thereafter will be placed on a waiting list.

Please note:
In order for an application for Prekindergarten to be processed, parents must provide the following documents prior to the start of school:
- Child’s birth certificate (must be submitted with application)
- Physical Exam, Health History Form and Immunization records
- Proof of residency in the Heuvelton Central School District (ie. Copy of current lease, mortgage receipt, utility bill such as gas/electric)
- Parent’s/Guardian’s photo identification with current address
- Custody documents or proof of guardianship/foster care, if applicable

Heuvelton Central School Kindergarten Program:
Heuvelton Central School is presently registering students who are not currently enrolled in our PreK program and will be attending the Kindergarten Program during the 2024-25 school year. If you are an HCS resident and have a child who will be 5 years old by Dec. 1, 2024 that will be attending the HCS Kindergarten Program, please contact General Secretary, Brenda Simmons at 344-2414 ext. 28871 or e-mail [email protected] by Friday, May 10, 2024.
